CMHC Launches Rapid Housing Initiative

The Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) has launched the Rapid Housing Initiative. This $1 billion fund is directed towards projects nearing the construction phase of the development cycle. New construction projects eligible include modular housing.
