New Line Skateparks has created a concept design for the skatepark at Gellert, based on feedback from Design Workshop #1.  This was presented February 21 at Workshop #2 for feedback.  We need your input, tell us what you like or would change to create the final design.  Please respond online, by email marktaylor@haltonhills.ca or phone 905-873-2601x2267 by March 5.  Check out the documents section of this page to see all the computer renderings of the skatepark.

Two concepts have been developed.  They have different arrangements, but provide 2 full sized basketball courts, one of which would have lining for 4 pickelball courts.  To view the concepts open the pdf in the document library and provide comments below.

    Concept 1

A unique skatepark will be created at Gellert that will be informed by local ideas and desires.  At the first design workshop two preliminary concepts were shown for discussion.  These were prepared by New Line for the purpose of bidding on the project.  They don't involve consultation and aren't unique, BUT they do show what is possible on the site within the budget.  It is also a sneak peek for what the information at the second design workshop will look like.  Please provide additional comment and feedback.
