Consultation has concluded

The Town of Halton Hills would like to support women who wish to play hockey particularly in recognition of the fact that the Acton Ladies Hockey league has folded after 17 years. Please note that game times would be limited to weekend play given the shortage of available ice.

The Town is asking for input to determine whether:

  • a new women’s only hockey league should be created
  • a mixed league (men and women ) should be created or
  • the existing women's leagues should be expanded.


The consultation period has now closed. This site will be updated with further details.
